Classes

No prior dance experience is necessary, just an open mind and a desire to move! In Biodanza there are no “steps” to learn, rather you discover your own authentic movement. Biodanza respects each person’s personal process and abilities to move and connect. Classes are designed for you to deepen into your own movement space and also deepen in dance connection with others.

Weekly Biodanza class Thursdays 7-9pm at the Finnish Hall in Berkeley

Committing to a weekly Biodanza class for a period of time–1 month, 6 months, a year—may be the best gift you can give yourself. While each class is complete in itself, the practice deepens over time. Group trust and connection continually build, class themes develop and progress, and your sense of perception and awareness grows.
